Return Policy

SHIPPING DETAILS, EXCEPTIONS, AND POLICIES:

  • Our shippers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • For small products, we use UPS Ground service as our carrier. This service is usually very reliable but could take from a few days to a week or two to arrive, depending on your location. There will be an automatic charge of $25.00 to your account for any undamaged shipment that is refused. Faster service, such as overnight or two-day shipping is available on some items by request and at additional charge.
  • For heavier items, we ship via a common carrier truck service network. Again, these companies are very reliable and usually get anywhere in the country within one week of getting the product loaded.
  • For large and heavy equipment such, we include (at no charge to you!) lift-gate delivery service that will allow the driver to lower the products slowly and safely to the ground.
  • Note: We use our own special packaging procedure for most of our products shipped from our warehouse.
  • If you wish to delay shipping until a certain day, if you require the carrier to call before delivery, or if you have any other special shipping requests, please note this in the comments section of your order form.
  • We have done our best to keep our product database current and up-to-date. Occasionally, however, manufacturers may delay or even discontinue a product without notifying us. If you would like to confirm the availability of a product before you place your order, feel free to contact us. We are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers or distributors.
  • Important: Please see this page for information on inspecting packages and filing damage claims when you receive your package.

Damaged Goods Policy

Damaged, Defective Items, or Shipment in Error or Shortage.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days after delivery. Please send us your order number, item number, email address and phone number. We will make every effort to replace the item in a timely manner. No additional shipping charges or replacement costs would be required.
